Assignment 1
Idea 1
A man enters a room with a glass of glowing liquid on a bench. He looks around and then decides to drink the strange liquid. After consuming the liquid the man begins to shake as his skin starts to change colour and his eyes begin to glow. The man then explodes after a few seconds of convulsions and strange goo goes everywhere covering the walls and running down.
Idea 2
A man is walking in the bush when notices some strange foot prints. He then hears a noise further ahead and investigates. He sees a strange creature in a clearing trying to fix what looks like a glowing television remote control. The man steps forward snapping a stick and alerting the creature to his presence. The creature then hits a few buttons on his remote, opens up a strange portal in front of him and then jumps through with the portal closing behind it. The man is speechless.
Idea 3
A small child is digging a hole in a garden bed. She places a glowing seed into the hole and covers it up. Another small child standing there says to the first one “There is no such thing as magic beans” and walks away. The child looks down sadly at the ground where the seed was planted. A small shot begins to grow out of the ground and then rapidly grows into a huge vine going high up into the clouds.
Idea 4
A young boy is crudely dressed like a magician performing lack luster tricks for some unenthusiastic adults. The boy says “For my final trick I will make myself disappear”. The boy takes his crude top hat from his head and places it onto the floor then stretches the hat as he steps inside of it eventually completely climbing into the child size top hat. The adults look amazed, picking up the hat and turning it over the small boy falls out of the hat and yells at the adults “Your the worst audience ever”.
Idea 5
A lady is making a salad in a kitchen and looks out the window as sees a lot of smoke coming from outside. She says to her self “I bet you he has burned the sausages again”. The sound of a door opening an closing is heard with fire alarms beginning to soun in the background. A man enters the room covered in flames holding a bbq fork with a sausage on the end. The room he entered from is on fire and he says to the lady “I think I’m getting the hang of this”. The woman looks horrified.
